Perhaps the reason has more to do with the TYPE of people forming these entities and not the STATE where they were formed.Because Kansas has a much lower automobile accident rate than Massachusetts, are we to conclude the drivers in Kansas own better cars?

So even if you pick a state with stronger protections like WY or NV, the cause of action arose in the state where the tenant fell, so likely that the court where the accident happened would have jurisdiction.
