If you got a good deal on those lots then there is no harm in just waiting it out, the market will shift again eventually.

I would not even consider calling my kids work place let alone a tenants.

But it gives you a cap if you want it and since it is not tied to you or to any of your accounts, if it gets stolen, there is no harm done to you.
