Buy a house for 80k and sell it for 200k for an investor and I'm pretty sure I can show up to work in a thong and top hat and they will still be happy.In regards to her other thread....Highest and best on a 60 day old property and she goes over original asking price.

In addition to the extra layer of drywall and sound insulation there are vibration clips that are installed under the joists and then a metal furring channel is installed running the length of the ceiling.
