I spent the next 25 years in the computer field, owning a computer consulting firm selling computer aided design to engineers and architect.

I've used the enterprise versions of both Yardi and Onesite as well and they aren't bad, but I like something with an open API and plays well with others.

The people should be trusted to understand and synthesize that as fact as opposed to being fed short-term band aids for a systemic issue.Continuing with another economic principle, consider Opportunity Cost.
