Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

One of the most important management tools we have is the software we use to manage properties. I'm curious, what rental property management software do you use and what are some of the system and processes you have in place? Thank you!

Far too many people get software thinking it's going to make their life easy. It's like buying a treadmill, thinking it's going to make it easier to get in shape.

Software is a tool. Like all tools, you need to find one that works well for your needs and skill level. What works for you may not work for me. I feel it's important for users to know specifically what problem they are trying to solve, then test drive multiple platforms to find the one that best suits their personal needs.
