Consider delegating certain tasks or outsourcing work to free up more time for yourself.

But personally even though I have the experience to own my own PM I choose to outsource this to another company because managing rentals is not my core competency.

We've seen small "mom & pop" PMC's honest as the day is long, but get overwhelmed and things fall trhough the cracks.We've also seen big PMC's with attitudes or outsourcing everything with little to no training or accountability.These concerns should be covered by a company committed to their clients, which our recommended screening process should help you figure out:)

If you're going to do that (outsource that element), I could just as easily recommend myself.

Labor is expensive, but you can outsource that to a good PM company.  

Even if you are, I would still include that just in case you decide to outsource it in the future.

Whatever you decide I think you should educate yourself on what it is you want and never outsource your due diligence on what is or isn't a good deal or what you're looking for.
