@Mary Rutten@Scott Schultz   Mary I don't think Scott was talking about your guest speakersits well known that the bigger players in a market will troll the REIA's looking for newbies and dump houses on them that they may or not make money on.Eddie speed is there to sell his guru note courses... its how they drum up business.. these guys are all on a circuit and REIA's are part of the circuit.that said I have fond memories my Grandfather had a cottage on Lake Poygan out of Winneconnie  not sure if I am spelling those correctly.. but I spend many summers there in the late 60's and have very fond memories.I also remember though going back in the mid 80s with a car I rented in IL  and getting chased off of the driveway into the cabin by locals who I guess don't really like IL residents..

When I write it down, it reinforces it in my memory.

If memory serves, my umbrella policy kicks in after 300k of damages, so I’m guessing your 1M in property insurance liability will more than cover any potential gaps. 

The owner was lady who got a property through a divorce and after living in there for a couple of years found it was hard to maintane the .5 acre lot plus with a single income didn't want the financial stress and also the memories in the house.
