I'm new here. I posted awhile back about selling my rental property to get out of debt. We close June 28th and I will be debt free with a big chunk of change to reinvest in my area closer to home. I want to meet others in my area that are doing this. I'm new at this really so I would like to make friends and learn or help. Warmly, Kassie
