If you end up submetering your water, I use Kamstrup, about $180 a pop just for the meter but they are real quality tangible product with a 40 year capacitor, need to find a dealer near you. meters are wireless and get a charge from the water moving through them . picks up the signal well to my PC.

I know on flips it is considered traditional income due to being classified as a dealer (someone who buys for the profit of the sale) and not an investor (someone who buys for the profit from rental or other forms of income) but what if you bought and renovated a property and held it for one or two 12-month leases?
