I don't drop or miss calls like I did with Googlevoice, since it uses my carrier line rather than voip.They have a 10mnth plan for teams that does a ton more, but seemed like overkill since its just little ole me!

Your mailer will not be over looked and the mail carrier probably already knows that the owner of the property has died and will deliver mail to the address even with a different name than what they are used to seeing, i,e the administrator.

Many companies offer unoccupied/vacant dwelling policies, but there are a far less superior product compared to a "flipper-specific policy" NREI as suggested by Richard is a common carrier, but there are a few others that tend to be a better product at a better price.
