In so doing, I discovered the Oceanpointe rental agreements were full of mistakes, Oceanpointe did zero background check on the tenant (it turns out he had an ankle bracelet and was awaiting trial for drug charges and turned the house into a drug den), and I had to evict him, and he trashed the house (over $10,000 in damage) upon leaving.
