If you have the time, desire knowhow, connections (crews etc) then you might want to tackle it yourself. 

It's a lot easier to tackle tasks each day when you're already committed to a course of action and you're not asking yourself what's next throughout the day.If you can shoehorn the 40 hours into 16-hour double shifts, you really gain time.

The first of many things I'm trying to tackle is whether an online rent payment service is worth it, and if anyone has recommendations for one. 

I don't take advantage of it, I pay them for their time, but their eyes and assistance here and there is worth its weight in goal.I think if you can tackle those things on the front end, you may be off to a pretty prosperous investing career.
