If we can get a group together I would like to have speakers with experience come and share insight at future events, however I think the theme for the first meeting is simply a meet and greet. 

The San Diego Investment Club posts the guest speakers talks online, so I have started watching those.

Each month we have a quest speaker based on that month's theme.

Even though it's primarily a landlord group, the speakers often deal with topics that good wholesalers and flippers need to be well versed in and, of course, landlords and flippers are good candidates to buy from wholesalers so the networking opportunities are excellent for them as well.
