My partner called the police department and the officer wasn't there, but he asked the officer that answered the phone what law we were breaking, and of course, they couldn't answer.With that said, is there any sentence we can put in the letter to avoid getting these phone calls?

It never ceases to amaze me how a bunch of people who realize there is great wealth to be made by owning a home and renting it to people, will suddenly in the same sentence advocate that they themselves should rent instead of own their own home.
