Another has a 'Coffee Bar', without a K machine - a real coffee bar would not use KCups because of their taste (or lack thereof), but we have a coffee pot/pour-over/french press and we supply good local coffee.

You would be hard pressed to find anything like a 2-4 FHA qualified multifamily that cash flows anywhere near Boston or the South Shore.

If down the line they press you to sell through them and yet your house never hits the market here's why.

They are usually former or current Chicago city employees that know what buttons to press to move things along. we don't pay them directly- We budget for it in the event it's needed for the contractor or architect. 

Perhaps if you press the point of unsatisfactory services rendered they might be more disposed to a waiver?

to me this one just has to get sold and take your lumps.if there is a PG one could press that point but usually throwing good money after bad..
