A Kris Krone ad popped up on my YouTube yesterday and it made my neck hair stand up. 

Some burnt out light bulbs, dirty unchanged air filter, dust/hair on windowsills, one bedroom door lose, and missing undercounter light cap cover. 

People see my baby face (can't grow facial hair if I tried) or hear my age and unfairly judge me for some young kid looking for an easy way to get rich quick.

Love it Zach We just did a single family where our client will pocket handsomely (if they ever sell )because they had the fortitude and patience to comb through this market together

Need to get them out of my hair and move on with life.

So 1031 expertise isn't such a critical feature of the listing agent as is regular competence and an understanding of market dynamics, pricing, and marketing.The realtor on the buying side is in the cross hairs of the 1031 with the time and valuation constraints.  

Who can go over the portfolio with a comb and look at rental increases mr and mortgage and equity and basically look at different options to grow the portfolio more ? 

For instance there is a hair salon in one home but it’s still classified as a home.
