Could long lockdown cause another Great Depression which eventually needs a WW3 to get out?

I have good reserves, so I should be able to make it to the other side of this pandemic/recession/depression.  

Great depression, no correlation.

In places that get snow and rents get depressed you may or may not want to have your home be renting at that time VS a prime time to lock in a year or 2 lease. 

Although the title sounds depressing, it's not. 

I have never heard of any rental property sitting vacant for months, unless the property is uninhabitable, isn't being marketed or is in a depressed location.

@Andrew Perkins I have an illness that lends itself to lead me toward depression.

Instead of getting a person depressed about the whole idea of selling by means of telling them the thousands of mini items they need to make it worth the sale.

On the contrary if vaccines succeed, then NYC naysayers will need to get on anti-depressants because the city will come back very strong and very quick. 

I’ll def be looking at properties and crunching the numbers, even though my student loan debt have proven to be a source of slight depression over the past few years, nothing would make me happier at this moment than achieving financial independence through wise investments.
