I was unable to clear it and had to call a plumber in the middle of the night who cut the cast iron pipe in the basement above the obstruction so it was no longer flooding the building.

Also not that it’s a huge difference but put down 600 for a unit that’s rented at 650....ironically and I just realized this as I’m typing...the basement unit is the unit rented at 650...which means he actually left out one of the other units!!
