It is during the MOVING PHASE, that you must be cool, have all your wits about you and be prepared, yet still be cordial so as not to enraged the monster that seems to be lurking in your Tenant during the MOVING PHASE (as there is NO ANTIDOTE to calm the savage beast once it takes form).

We are witnessing the stability that comes from residential and how that will establish the foundation needed to move into multi/mobile home parks.

Only asking because I’ve witnessed this with a few of my husband’s clients.

I’ve been witness to countless instances where I’ve seen people blindly march down the road to failure.  

Their government also CONTROLS their people OR ELSE as you are witnessing in ukraine which was in existence long before russia.

Think about the middle east violence, it's called a warzone because it's a war, and chances are you will get hurt/shot/witness violence if you go there... kinda sounds accurate   for some really, really bad areas i know, hence why they are called warzones. 

As for "prime locations" worsening- I have yet to witness this.  

I have cited numerous articles so that you can see I am not just basing this on personal experiences, like you and others.But, personally, yes- I have witnessed numerous people who fled the city and were absolutely astounded on what they could rent for half of what they were paying for a 450 sq. ft. closet.
