I had a guy 'buy' a wholesale deal via an auction a few months ago, site unseen, and then when he saw the house and realized the repairs were not for the faint of heart (all disclosed and photographed), he backed out and lost his earnest money. 

The best part if the pictures...great composition and depth of field from the photographer.

Maybe it's a grudge, maybe he knows there is money or high-end electronics in the house, maybe the guy used to leave the door unlocked.

So, if they're only listening to my mother, they are not listening to anyone at all because my mother is silent.It's a lot of small stuff but it's getting on my other tenant's nerves as well and NO ONE feels safe with the door being unlocked all of the time.
