I suppose if you were to pay me 10 grand, I'd call a local attorney and get the low down and retain them as needed, but I doubt the guru mentors do that.I just keep pounding away at getting basic RE knowledge before getting with any mentor or coach, or getting involved in any niche strategy.

I routinely drop 5 to 10 pounds turning around a unit, especially on a big summer paint job....it is like real estate Cross Fit or something, all kinds of lifting, bending, etc...welcome...

I was originally told no & only after pounding the pavement & finding 1 other broker out of many who was semi on board with my business model I put in my notice with the ERA broker.The ERA broker not wanting to loose me as an income source as I was one of his top agents decided to let me run it through his company.
