When I receive mail or email that has incorrect grammar and/or incorrect spelling, I pretty much throw it away or delete it right away.

You could also filter by people who have owned their property for more than 10 years (which means they're likely to have more equity to play with, thereby allowing them to accept a lower offer from you).If you know what your target price range is - you might consider deleting some of the properties that clearly aren't going to cut it (this will just help you save money on sending mail to people you won't be doing business with).

Here are my issues with Podio: - Redundant, unimportant notifications annoying me and limited ways to control them- System outages that last multiple hours blocking leads coming into my system- Lack of user access controls (restricting or limiting certain features for different users across my company which lets VAs delete things and access areas they shouldn't)- Must click in multiple screens/apps to do one task- Mobile app has limited functionality and requires many clicks

I think you can also delete those that waste your time, or normally avoid them In case you joined recently, there is a revamping on the influence points due to scamming the system and problems with it.
