I am super fast to respond as know for investments it's critical but I also know lots of decade old top producers who do not answer the phone after dinner time and are great negotiators/marketing but definitely not fast to respond they tend to do better with seller clients vs other faster agents who may be better for buyers. 

Ever have a tenant show up at your house, on a Sunday night, as you sat down for dinner, to try and "negotiate" a partial rent payment (already 10 days late) with the balance spread out over the next 3 months?  

I do this by house hacking, which I admittedly would have never done without my girlfriend casually telling me about BP at dinner one night about a year ago.

I’m barely an investor (under contract on a 6-unit) but for me I can pop on this site while cooking dinner or waiting for my kids to get ready and gather a bit of RE knowledge, lay ground work for networking, etc.There is something to be said for that FB or Instagram mentality where you are working for likes & notoriety.

My parents were at dinner every night, every sporting event, and every Sunday was family quality time. 

I would love to meet with some of you all from the NY/NJ area for dinner or coffee.

At worst, you get to hear how much of slumlord you are at Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas assuming Covid-19 allows for family dinners in the future. 

I'm perfectly happy to save $300/month in commuting costs and have dinner with my family every night.
