We've had it in place since launch (Dec 2021).No one's complained to us and we have over 50 5 star reviews (5 overall).I was nervous that it would turn off people and affect ratings but it hasn't.  

I need to know what to do to set us up for success and get launched once we close in 30 days.Also wondering how best to maintain the past guests who have stayed at the cabin (there are tons of nearly 5 star reviews, that I doubt I can transfer to us- or can we?)

We simply don't have enough data to launch a nationwide UBI program of this magnitude right now.I think it would be WAY more beneficial for a us to consider a trial UBI program on a much smaller scale.

@Scott Meyers has a really good school for this.. you want to get that kind of training before you launch into that space I think.I am partial to lending money and doing value add and new construction.. some of this you can work into .. others you need some experience in the space

I personally think we are in a seller's market with limited supply but that doesn't mean good deals aren't to be had still.4) If you guys want to chat further I have just launched an accounting firm and property management firm in the area for essentially investors like yourself.
