She clearly lacks good judgement-why wouldn't you put a note or let others know there is a problem or even try knocking on your door.You've given her a good alternate option (another room in the house).

I understand that these are a matter of public record, but not sure i exactly know what is the best way to go about it. i saw  a judgement document that says property being considered had lien but could not find what the cost was to clear the lien....perhaps i am not looking n the right place. can anyone please educate me on this?

This where you live and die by your handy man when you self manage .You get a call send him out then he makes a judgement  call on what to do .This is where your handy man needs to wear a couple  hats .

Judge gave us the money judgement during the eviction without even asking for it.Iowa is a great market to invest in.

In all instances I would rather have his money and need to refund it, than be owed money and hope that he pays up after the court issues a judgement in my favor.
