how to find liens linked to a foreclosure auction in Fl

I want to start investing in real estate thru estate foreclosure auctions, and would like to know if there is a way where you can find out about government liens, encumbrances, encroachments, association liens etc. I understand that these are a matter of public record, but not sure i exactly know what is the best way to go about it. i saw  a judgement document that says property being considered had lien but could not find what the cost was to clear the lien....perhaps i am not looking n the right place. can anyone please educate me on this? thank you in advance
