Not only will your payment be higher due to the higher loan balance, but you'd also end up paying more in interest on the entire amount.This could certainly be done successfully with a longer time horizon than 1 year, but I don't think a 1-year timeframe is feasible to do over and over again.

I began helping her craft the vision of what financial freedom meant to her before we got too deep into the weeds with analyzing numbers and driving for dollars.The second hurdle was alerting her to the reality that while I was more confident in this approach as opposed to investing in traditional asset classes, this was not a get rich quick scheme and that incremental gains over time was still the horizon I had set for myself.
