I am exhausting all of my options before selling.

For example, has the exhaust hood above the stove been cleaned, including the pipe to the exterior?

There are companies that do exhaustive market research on zip codes, income levels, demographics etc. and sell their research to companies primarily and research institutions secondarily.

.$20.00 To repair a cracked microwave exhaust cover, which was actually already cracked when we moved in, but we didn’t catch it early enough to get it on our move-in walk-through report unfortunately.$6.67 To remove the piece of duct tape and residue over the crack of the microwave exhaust cover we had placed.$3.33 To put a smoke detector back on the ceiling (We had finally removed it because no matter how many times we replaced the battery, we finally realized it was broken, we could never get it to stop the constant annoying chirping, And we forgot to put it back up before leaving)And the most ridiculous one of all…$20.00 To take our 2 trash cans to the curb along with the some extra bags of trash and old empty cardboard boxes.

However, I want to exhaust all my "free" options before I get into something like that.

Is it possible these are the wrong type of vent when someone replaced them at some point in the past where these are exhaust vents and not dryer vents?

Looking to exhaust other free or cost effective resources first.

It's exhausting...all the due diligence and everything else, but that's my strength and that's what I love to do.
