Innovative ways to find cash buyers?

Hey all,

I am interested in learning from the experts the best ways to market cash flowing, turn key properties? I've done the usual (Postlets, Craigslist) but are there any ways that any of you have tested and found work well?

I have my cash buyers that I market to up here in Canada, but with the US dollar becoming more expensive for us, these buyers are starting to slow their activity, temporarily.

So, does anyone have any innovative strategies that you think I could focus on to build my list in the US? Any help is appreciated!

I once bought a  absentee owners list then after I mailed to them that  I wanted to buy their property I then turned around and used the same list and told them I have property's for sale and some of them called me and I started building a buyers list.

Hey @Curt Davis, yes I saw that program online. However, I want to exhaust all my "free" options before I get into something like that. But great tip!

And @Samuel Sedore, I do have a website, but i havent been doing much SEO to drive traffic to it. I need to get on that. So far, I've been relying on free ad sites, and cold calling property management, and rehabbers in the local area where my properties are.

I'm establishing a group of buyers here in Toronto, but like i said, the dollar is making it a little more difficult. Thanks for the input guys.

I dont know if its around anymore but Kent Clothier was selling a product called " Find Cash Buyers Now ".  You are basically paying for anyone who is a cash buyer.  I have never used it nor am I affiliated with it, just remeber hearing about it several years ago.
