After blatantly copying @Brandon Turner 's plan of mailing property owners I have found an elderly couple looking to sell and are open to owner financing. 

Especially to the elderly people who may have been using their savings for the last years of their life, or getting Debts at this point of their life, I really really wish them success.Come on Success Path team SERIOUSLY... 

Have 2 homes (one owner occupied), one investment residential care home (ie rental property with elderly and nursing staff).

During an estimate with an elderly couple I had mentioned my interest in remodeling to them and they told me about a neighbor of theirs who "Fixes and Flips" homes for a living, so naturally I was very curious and asked if I could meet her.
