I live near the Fingerlakes which is a great tourist destination.

I’ve lived in the Destin and Fort Walton Beach area since 2011 and I’m finally ready to take the leap into the Rental World.

Don't go with a basic title of the street the property is on, but add things that make people want to stay at your place compared to your competitors (ex. speed of wifi, pool, miles to popular destination etc.)

I have short term rental in destin fl that is doing well.  

It's not particularly a family destination.

If you look at failure as inevitable and destructible, you will be destined to fail & quit; however, if you look at failure as inevitable and an opportunity to grow, you will do so.Do as much to prepare yourself beforehand as possible.

I've heard both are available in the Indy area, but I'm having a hard time justifying short-term as Indy isn't high on the lists for tourists destinations.

Anyone invest in an RV park at a tourist destination? 

@Sam Wilson I hope you enjoy the Gulf Coast as much as everyone else.There are a few local meetups in the area ( PCB, Destin, Niceville).
