The IRS has mostly attacked people abusing the system and taking no wage.As far as your other comment, the wage limit you mentioned only applies for the social security portion of self-employment tax. 

I know he has had some health issues, had a heart attack earlier this year and was in the hospital for 6 weeks (still catching up on payments from that as he is a paycheck to paycheck guy). 

It wasn't long ago that KW was defending similar attacks against itself by the "big dogs". exp is growing rapidly, but I'm not kidding myself to think it'll put KW, ReMax or any others out of business, haha.
