I have several contacts in my folders to follow the steps and actually recently closed a RE transaction with an agent - so the memories are fresh...

I cringe at the memory of asking my landlord to come change a light-bulb once when I was in college -opps! 

The class is real estate 157 it's an 18 week course that is based upon application not just rote memory, and it cost just under $160.

I cannot recall the exact IR from memory but the terms were decent. 

I will always have the memories.
