However, reasonable accommodation can include a higher insurance rate.I am not saying I agree with it, but I am telling you that if you pass along an overage expense to a protected class, that will scream discrimination to a judge, regardless of your intent.

A: If the property's value is in fact $375K there is very little chance that the lender will be approving $299KB: One $100K price reduction over a 174 day period screams someone doesn't know what they are doing -most likely the listing agent, and I would not take any bets that this sale will see a closing.

They proceeded to run around SCREAMING throughout the entire house, attacking my dog, jumping up and down on my couch like they were at home, and then to top it off, after they put their shoes back on on their way out, he ran right onto the carpet after the dog again.

However 1/1 MH screams single wide, which some lenders won't do...or if the structure is half a double wide plus some stick-built, hm that could be interesting to get permitted much less financed.Creative solutions might not be acceptable to an estate, but worst case you might encourage them to think of this as land - unless they can verify for you that the current structure as built is acceptable by zone and code (even if pre-existing noncomforming).
