Yes, I understand the word 'reasonable' is a matter of interpretation and this is why we have a court system so you can disregard the word and just tell us how many of the claims made are approved and how many of the claims made are denied.

An LLC can be taxed as a partnership, C Corp, S Corp or as a disregarded entity (only for single member LLC).

I know what the answer *will* be - medical professionals will treat them just like anyone else - but what should the answer be, for someone who blatantly disregards a dangerous situation and then catches a disease that is highly contagious? 

I was making the point that your replacement property Price was your net proceeds, disregarding any mtg balance.

Turns out the management was super understanding; disregarded the signed contract and are allowing me to vacate with out any repercussions!

My property LLCs (like many single member ones) are considered disregarded entities.
