I was at a meet up this month in Dover and one investor there works at the hospital in Dover and had mentioned the hospital struggles with housing travel nurses and she was setting up a meeting with someone from the hospital to talk about the hospital setting up housing contracts with MTR’s in the area and she was looking for investors with units to show the hospital the supply that could be provided @Patrick McCann … this is SO ironic as that is exactly where I am right NOW looking now for properties to both Buy and use as MTR’s and also potentially Arbitrage for that area.
