I had an excellent foreclosure attorney speak at one of the meetings I host (and @David Krulac will be my next excellent speaker in June).This attorney said you have to open probate with the county recorder of deeds so that you become the personal representative for the estate.

It’s similar to the other meetups in the area in that they will have a different speaker but being a PROA member they’ll keep you informed of recent legislation changes that may impact landlords as well as networking the first hour.

Grant's a motivational speaker and I'm not crazy about his approach, but I'm sure he's helped a lot of people.1) Apartment loans take 90 days usually and need the buyer to qual AND the supporting operating docs for DSCR purposes.2) Buy a house in 30 days if you personally qual and appraisal is clean.#2) Sounds easier.

@Daniel Cuevas FIBI is a first class group of guys as stated led by Jeremy Roll and I have been a guest speaker a few times... the group is great and the one's were I have spoke is in Manhatton beach so does not take to much arm twisting to get me down there for those events.
