Not yet, just the spread between buyer's offer and seller's expectation is slimming down, so I do expect to see more realistic purchases soon.

I have heard of people getting some of there EMD back in a case where the property was broken into or vandalized, but in the general sense if you put it under contract as an investor for a cash purchase and you do not follow through there is a slim chance they will return your EMD.
