Ask for them to restore the old paint they changed. 

I sold my nicely restored 1958 MGA to buy appliances. 

You should see the Victorians they restored. 

You don't want to be left with someone who does not give 100%.In terms of contractors I have heard good things about CLE Restoration.

The construction cost to restore property to legal status, including demolition of a lot of the exterior structures, new fences, new driveway, new landscape, new walkway etc etc etc...was about 75K.

Just had it powerwashed and looks clean now but is a bit dingy and dull and seems to be a little more susceptible to mold because of it's age.My painter guy ( true pro with a real company - known for years - and whom I trust very much ) tells me he can restore it with a clear product  (SEAL KRETE original)  that will last 5 plus years and make the siding look great!
