And just to be clear, this guy got in trouble again and they picked him up on  a Friday night him and his wife and put them in Jail in Mississippi.. he bailed out on a Monday and spent many thousands of dollars keeping himself from going to prison.. so if the authorities want to take you on.. they will win.

The returns are great but it's tough getting good renters and local property management companies are notoriously bad. 

Prison industry is big business in Michigan with over 17 facilities and many of them are old naval and military bases which can easily be used for hospital facilities.

The longer the moratorium lasts the worse the situation will be when it opens up.Most of the fault lies with the federal goverment and our notoriously ****** president Trump.

There is a Federal and State Prison plus lots of distribution centers within 15 minutes of the property.

Contractors are notoriously bad at business and don't answer the phone, the paperwork and back and forth (in both scenarios) can be cumbersome, and the expectation placed on you is very high because there are multiple people interested in the successful outcome of the home being finished.
