anyone have experience with Cardinal Innovations as a landlord?

There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

Innovate.  

Hi Keith, I personally love Columbus Ohio and as someone who works with a lot of out of state investors - there's so many catalysts for why you should invest here.

All economic relationships are inherently two-way.Even here there is room for innovation that arrives at the need for both profits and increased mutual trust (automation).An example (off the cuff) is:Offering all new labor (birdies) an opt-in for a fixed payment over time versus upfront for all closed business.

Regardless, there are opportunities in any market cycle if you are savvy and innovate with your investment strategy. 

If that tenant moves out in Nov. you'll probably need interior paint and possibly new carpets.  

This is like Real Estate innovation for us, we are setting the bar higher but we don’t know how high?

But even our company is looking outside the box on cool innovations.
