This has all the ingredients for disaster.

The missing ingredient that's never talked about in any entrepreneurial venture is "armor" and what I mean is reading Bio's, success stories which BiggerPockets has a whole forum on that.I currently use the MLS to get my deals.

However, the mailing labels download in some file ext I can't convert.

I've downloaded one with and without the Texas Association of Realtors label on it (I'm not a realtor member)  The realtor version states "USE OF THIS FORM BY PERSONS WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE TEXAS ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® IS NOT AUTHORIZED" so I'm guessing not a good plan to use it?

Both are of the genus Vespa or Vespidae, but there are so many subspecies that are labeled either wasp, hornet or yellowjacket that I think the terms are pretty much interchangeable unless you're talking about a very specific subspecies.  

@Ted Kuhlmann,  As I fellow born and raised Chicagoan and Broker I am going to caution you about making statements regarding crime and labeling a whole section of the city.

There are several strong community groups that have food truck events, live music, community garden days and all sorts of other events to build a sense of community, it's got all the right ingredients primed to take off.

I assume they're all officially foreclosed as I've come across none labeled "pre" foreclosure.
