Ive been reasearching my local market for the past few months, accidently came accross this site a couple of weeks ago, and after reading multible post, decided it was in my best interest to join giving the fact of the wealth of information I have already learned.

Another example, if we are in a car accident and damages exceed our insurance, we don't want to have the rental property in our name.

However, insurance is limited because it only protects you from one type of liability: accidents/negligence.

Or once you get a few properties begin to experiment with progressively tougher rehabs and you'll have a possible flipping skill set by accident.

Basically, you want to protect that equity is someone sues you for an accident that took place in 1 of the many properties in that one LLC?
