The house is a 3 br/1 ba Craftsman, with a pool, pool house, and outdoor bath for the pool.

my brother in law has two very large tortoise  they are messy and stinky .. not sure about that one.. but these are out door animals and about 2 feet across..

(mattresses can be has expensive as couches and people will judge a mattress before a couch)Outdoor Living Space:  what is expected for the area to compete with other STRsCondition of Appliances:  Does anything need to be replaced to get me through 1 season (changing appliances mid season, big pain in the butt!)

New flooring with warranty and robust sound barrier underlayment, beautiful new granite countertops, updated stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove and new dishwasher), in unit laundry, outdoor maintenance, snow removal, and garbage included.

Would have never thought about having something like this outdoors!

I have a noisy outdoor HVAC unit at one of my rentals -- called a larger company who said my condenser was broken.

They will have outdoor green space that is safe and private and will have more amenities than ANY OTHER BUILDING for hundred of miles on a budget. 

Biggest thing people are looking for is parking it seems and maybe some private outdoor space? 

It can happen at any time (literally, we've been waken up at 1AM due to frozen /  pipes that have burst)I only mention that so you know, which you probably do-- overall, if you love the outdoors and people, and don't mind regulating and being there all the time, you should really enjoy it (assuming it makes you enough money to live) and meet some great characters!
