Why on Earth would I ever want to subject my self to 3rd party contracting.

Not exactly one by one because the earth is curved.

There is land on this earth that you can not give away, in fact, you can't pay someone to take it!

Seller turned it down and wants to list it for $90K, I told my agent when he comes out of La La land and returns to earth we can talk business.

So with the tiny amount of time you have hear on this earth, why not take a chance, why not step out of your comfort zone of working a dead end job 9 to 5, why not try get out on your own.

As far as I'm concerned a savings account insured by the most powerful country on earth is safe enough that it should be the lowest possible amount of money I'm willing to accept from any investment.

You even see a map of the immediate area and the comparable rents.You can always Google map or better yet Google Earth the location in question to get a virtual tour of the neighborhood.
