Zillow is very popular and offers a great user friendly interface and tools but I am not sure that it is so great for investors.

I just learned about BP while browsing some real estate podcasts on the L this morning; I can’t wait to see what it can offer!

Neither interfaces or reports seem great from the landlord side and since I would like to start creating more separation between the personal/rental/individual property finances I figured I could benefit from Baselane or Stessa through their competitive interest rates, low/no fees, and property management software.

That makes sense.I don't have TREC CE so could you help me understand how this interfaces with the definition of a broker?

The monthly fee is a reasonable $19, the user interface and tutorial videos are pretty simple to follow, and their html editor is relatively easy to use also.
