I will follow up here objectively and scream to the heavens of my success using this program.   

For a house it just screams flipper wannabe, because you obviously don't have it under contract.

I remember when I lived in an apartment buiding with my young baby and a neighbor screamed "Shut that child up"The dog owner can train the dog with a treat or handle that in some other way.  

Bartow does indeed have "screaming deals" and the reason is location.
