If I were a tenant and my landlord gave me a $500 stipend to buy a frig (which...be honest...isn't much to buy a new refrigerator) and I bought one that was, say, $900 there would likely be one heck of an argument on who owned the frig at the end of the lease and whether I was getting the difference back on my security deposit if the landlord kept this.Right now all the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, HH Gregg, Best Buy) will have refrigerators on sale for Christmas.

I was wasn't too worried but that location, but when we took possession tonight, and pulled back the carpet (Yay, Christmas in October, Oak hardwood throughout the entire house!!!)
