With those two things.. then it just comes down to how persistent you are can you self start.. do you have ANY sales chops.. etc etc.If everyone who says they are a wholesaler or wants to wholesale in a given market.. there would simply be not enough inventory to even remotely go around.. wholesale houses are a tiny fraction of the market.. compared to agents or investors who actually buy they can look at the whole market and work with that..

When we were clearing for the foundation, there was a tiny pin oak tree in the front yard that had just grown there as a sapling, 2 feet tall and scrawny as nothing.

I only ask this because i have a plumber friend of mine who got into smart money management recently while running his own plumbing company and downsized from his big full size van he was running before getting like 12-14mpg and recently purchased not joking you a 2020 Chevy Spark for his business and bought a 4x6 enclosed tiny trailer that he spent a weekend custom building multiple long like 4ft long sliding drawers that go like 3/4 the length of the trailer insides which he stores all his stuff organized, then on top he has 2 large pvc pipes with caps to allow him to transport large bundles of pvc pipe and such..
