Growing up in Nebraska, my dad owned some rental houses and also bought a couple houses on foreclosure and I got the pleasure of helping fix and flip. 

Besides, I took great pleasure at opening up the window and tossing clothes and personal belongings out the window and into the front yard before tossing into the dumpster.
